Submit feedback to WellnessLiving

WellnessLiving is built on the needs and requirements of our customers. Your feedback has allowed us to develop the greatest all-in-one business management software in the industry.

Below are some of the ways you can contribute to user feedback.

On the web

You can submit feedback through the WellnessLiving community forum to ask questions, report issues, or request features for any of your WellnessLiving services.

  1. Sign in if you haven’t already.

  2. On the Community Forum, click MY TICKETS.

  3. Choose from the following options depending on what you want to post:

    • To ask a question, click My Questions, then click ASK A QUESTION.

    • To report an issue, click My Issues, then click REPORT AN ISSUE.

    • To request a feature, click My Feature Requests, then click REQUEST A FEATURE.

  4. Under Category, select a category from the list that relates to the subject of your post.

  5. Under Subject Line, enter a subject line for your post. This should be a summary of what you’re experiencing.

  6. Under Description, enter a detailed description of the issue you want to discuss, including any relevant examples.

    • If you’re submitting a feature request, additional questions will be provided for you to answer.

  7. Under Attachments, upload any relevant screenshots or videos. To learn how to take screenshots and screen recordings, see FAQ: How do I take a screenshot or screen video?

    • The more information you provide, the easier it will be to address your issue. You can attach a file in the following ways:

      • Under Attachments, drag and drop a file.

      • Click Drop file here or click to upload, then select the file you want to upload and click Open.

  8. Click SAVE.

Elevate Staff App

You can submit direct feedback directly to WellnessLiving from the Elevate Staff App to request potential new features and improvements in future versions of Elevate.

  1. Tap the More tab.

  2. Under Support, tap Submit feedback.

  3. Enter your feedback in the provided fields. All fields are optional.

  4. You can Receive a personal follow-up to your feedback by checking the box below the text fields.

  5. Tap Submit Feedback.
