Set up a pay rate for a service

Updated over a week ago

When you schedule a service, you must determine the pay rate that will be applied to the staff members hosting it. The staff member must already have an existing pay rate set up before you can set up the pay rate for a service.

Caution: If any modification is made to an existing pay rate, previously recorded payments in reports will be modified.

To learn how to set up pay rates for your staff members, see Setting a staff member’s pay rates.

Note: When you create a new pay rate for a staff member, it isn’t automatically applied to existing class/event sessions the staff member is scheduled for. You will need to follow the steps in this guide to manually apply the new pay rate to their existing sessions.
