Redeem a prize for a client

Staff members can redeem the points a client has earned through your rewards program for the prizes you offer. After redeeming points for a prize, the staff member can help a client claim their prize through the store.

If the staff member manually claimed the prize for the client from their profile, they can mark the prize as Used. If the staff member used the eligible rewards at the store checkout, the prize is automatically marked as Used.

Clients can also redeem their own prizes.

Note: Staff members can redeem clients’ points to claim prizes, and then they can help the client redeem the prize through the store. Once the points are redeemed, the staff member can claim the prize for the client from the store.

Redeem rewards points for a client on their profile

To redeem rewards points for a client on their profile, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button Image enter the client’s information in the box, and click their name to access their client profile.

  2. On the side menu, click Rewards > Prizes.

  3. In the list under Available Prizes, find the prize you want to claim.

  4. In the Action column, click the Action buttonImageand select Claim Prize.

  5. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

Redeem a prize for a client on their profile

To redeem a prize for a client on their profile follow these steps:

  1. Redeem the prize for the client:

    • If the prize is an item, the staff member must claim it for the client by selling it to the client for free.

    • If the prize is a discount, the staff member can apply the prize discount when selling an item to the client in the store.

    • If the prize is a free service, a drop-in Purchase Option will be added to the client profile, which can be used to claim the free service at any time.

  2. After the client has claimed the prize, find the prize under Claimed Prizes on the client’s Prizes page, click the Action button Imageand select Mark as Used.

Redeem a prize for a client in the store

To redeem a prize for a client in the store, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search Image button, enter the client’s information in the box, and click their name to access their client profile.

  2. On the side menu, click Overview.

  3. Click Make a Purchase.

  4. Under Products and Services, find the item you want to sell and click Add to Cart.

  5. Select or redeem a prize to apply to the purchase. If the client doesn’t have a prize or enough rewards points to redeem a prize, the following options won’t be available.

    • If the client already has a prize, click the Client’s Prizes field and select the prize from the list.

    • If the client wants to redeem their rewards points for a prize, click the Available Rewards field and select a prize from the list.

  6. Click Apply.

  7. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  8. Select a payment method, if applicable.

  9. Click Complete.
