Key tips before you begin
To reactivate a client, you must have the Manage Client Profiles staff role permission and the client must have been a client at your business who got deactivated.
A reactivated client is considered active in the system and can be booked and checked into services.
A reactivated client will appear in the client list by default.
A reactivated client will receive client notifications, such as email notifications when enabled.
Reactivate a client
To reactivate a client, follow these steps:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
Click the Search options button
Set the Include deactivated clients option to ON.
Enter the client’s information in the box.
Click their name to access their client profile.
On the client’s Overview page, set the Activate Client option to ON.
