You can deactivate a client within your business if they no longer use your services. To deactivate a client, you must have the appropriate staff role permission to manage client profiles.

Key tips before you begin
You can’t deactivate a client if any of the following are true:
The client has an upcoming service booked.
The client has an active Purchase Option.
The client is also set up as a staff member.
Before deactivating a client, keep the following information in mind:
A deactivated client will continue to appear in your client list.
A deactivated client will no longer receive client notifications and automated marketing.
A deactivated client will still appear in your reports.
Deactivate a client
To deactivate a client, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box.
In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
On the client’s Overview page, in the top right corner set the ACTIVATE client toggle
to OFF.
