Manage your past purchases from the Achieve Client App

As a client, you can use the Achieve Client App to view, filter, and search through a total record of your purchases made through WellnessLiving. Additionally, you can email any additional receipt to yourself directly from the app or tap purchases for more details.

Manage your past purchases from the Achieve Client App

To manage your past purchases from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Profile tab.

  2. On the profile menu, tap Purchases.
    ​

  3. Find the purchase:

    • Tap the Filters button Image at the top of the screen.

      • To filter by purchase type, tap Store Items and select the filter(s), then tap Apply.

      • To filter by status, tap Status and select the appropriate status filter from the list (All, active, or inactive), then tap Apply.
        ​

    • To search for an item by name, tap the search field and type the name of the item.
      ​

  4. To send yourself a receipt of a specific purchase, tap Email Receipt next to the purchase.
