Every location has its own business page in the WellnessLiving Explorer. When you give the location a description, it appears on the location’s business page where clients and prospective clients can see details about your business, book services, leave reviews and more.
Your business description is often the first impression clients get before deciding to book with you. A clear, engaging business description helps you stand out from competitors, builds trust, and encourages new clients to take the next step, like scheduling a service or leaving a review.
Additionally, having a complete and accurate description, along with selected amenities, helps your business become more searchable within the Explorer and increases your visibility to potential clients.
Set a location's amenities and description
To set a location’s amenities and description:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Locations.
Select a location.
Click the About tab.
Select all the Amenities offered at the location, Age Groups serviced and experience Levels of the location, if applicable.
Under Description, type the description of the location. This description is client-facing, so use it to help clients immediately understand the service your business offers and why it’s right for them. You can use the toolbar to format the text, change the text color, add links, and make other formatting changes.
Click Save.
