You can modify the purchase rules of an appointment, class, or event to specify how and when clients should pay for your services.
Modify the purchase rules of a service
To modify the purchase rules of a service:
- Click the App Drawer button  then click View All > Setup > Services. then click View All > Setup > Services.
- On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events. 
- Click on the service that you would like to modify. 
- Under Purchase Rules, set purchase rules to specify how and when your clients pay for the service. 
- Click Save.
