You can modify the purchase rules of an appointment, class, or event to specify how and when clients should pay for your services.
Modify the purchase rules of a service
To modify the purchase rules of a service:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services.
On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events.
Click on the service that you would like to modify.
Under Purchase Rules, set purchase rules to specify how and when your clients pay for the service.
Click Save.
