You can set up multiple reminder notifications for clients to ensure that they’re given plenty of notice for their upcoming services. You can also customize reminder notifications for individual services.
Set up multiple service reminder notifications
To set up multiple service reminder notifications:
Open the App Drawer
then click Setup > Notifications > Client Notifications.
Click on either Appointments, Classes, or Events, to open the list for the type of service you’re looking for, then find either the Appointment Reminder, Class Reminder, or Event Reminder template in the list.
Click on the Edit button
to edit the Email template for the service reminder.
Click Add Reminder to add more send times for the notification before the service starts.
You can add up to five send times.
Send times can be configured for any number of minutes, hours, or days before the service starts.
