To effectively use FitLIVE or a non-integrated virtual service, you must add virtual service email variables to your automated email notifications.
Use one of the following email variables for a Zoom-integrated virtual service or a non-integrated virtual service:
[VirtualServiceButton] – This email variable will generate a button that links to the non-integrated virtual service.
[VirtualServiceUrl] – This email variable will generate a URL that links to the non-integrated virtual service. The virtual service URL is client-specific and cannot be shared with other clients. This link will take clients to the WellnessLiving login page and then automatically redirect them to the non-integrated virtual service after they are logged in.
These email variables will send the client a link to the virtual service. Clients can click the link to access the virtual service once the meeting is live. Based on the services you provide via FitLIVE, add this variable to each of the following email notifications:
Appointment Reminder (Client)
Appointment Confirmation
Class Reminder
Class Booking Confirmation
Event Reminder
Key tips before you begin
Clients won’t see these email variables unless the service is marked as a virtual service.
When a client clicks the virtual service link in the Class Reminder or Class Booking Confirmation notifications, their attendance status will be automatically marked as Checked-in for the virtual class they are attending. If a client doesn’t join the virtual class by the end of the session, their attendance status will be automatically marked as No-show.
Add a virtual service email variable to your notifications
To add a virtual service email variable to your notifications, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All> Setup > Notifications > Client Notifications.
Click the Edit this template button

At the top of the page, set the ACTIVATE EMAIL option to ON.
