To access the Business Hours Report, open the App Drawer 
then click View All > Reports > Enterprise Reports > Business Hours.
The Business Hours Report is an enterprise report that displays the open business hours for each of your Enterprise Locations. This report is only available to corporate enterprise accounts.
This report displays the standard business hours set for each Enterprise Location. It doesn’t include any modified business hours caused by adding closed days on the schedule.
Headings in the Business Hours Report
Heading | Description |
Location | The name of the enterprise location. |
Sunday | Displays open hours for Sunday, if any. |
Monday | Displays open hours for Monday, if any. |
Tuesday | Displays open hours for Tuesday, if any. |
Wednesday | Displays open hours for Wednesday, if any. |
Thursday | Displays open hours for Thursday, if any. |
Friday | Displays open hours for Friday, if any. |
Saturday | Displays open hours for Saturday, if any. |
Advanced filters in the Business Hours Report
Filter | Description |
Country | Use this filter to determine which Enterprise Locations to include based on the country in which they are located. |
Region | Use this filter to determine which Enterprise Locations to include based on the enterprise region in which they are located.
This filter only appears for Enterprise Headquarters that have created enterprise regions. |
State/Province | Use this filter to determine which Enterprise Locations to include based on the state or province in which they are located. |
Locations | Use this filter to determine which Enterprise Locations to include in the report. |
Open/Closed | Use this filter to determine which Enterprise Locations to include based on when are open or closed for specific days (selected in the Day of the Week filter) and times (selected in the Start Time Range filter).
This filter works differently depending on whether you specify time ranges with the Start Time Range filter.
When you select Open:

Start Time Range | Use with the Open/Closed filter to filter the report for locations that are open or closed during the specified time period. |
Day of the Week | Use with the Open/Closed filter to filter the report for locations that are open or closed during the selected days of the week. |
