Client profile overview page

The Overview page in a client’s profile provides detailed information about the client. Here, you can perform various actions, such as modifying a client's profile details, booking them into services and assets, selling products and services through the store, and sending emails to them, and more.

Note: A guest profile must be activated and converted to a client profile before staff members can manage the client profile. Users with a guest profile also can’t earn rewards points for their purchases and can’t receive any notifications except for the Purchase Receipt notification. Description

To book a service

Click Book and then select Class, Event, Appointment, Asset, or Gym Visit from the list to book a service for the client.

To make a purchase

Click Make a Purchase to sell products and services for the client from the store.

To activate or deactivate a client

Set the Active option to OFF to deactivate the client in your business. To reactivate a client, set the Active option to ON.

To switch to a staff member’s profile

This option only displays if you’re viewing a staff member’s client profile. Click the Action button and Switch to staff profile to view the staff member’s profile.

Description

Client Info

View the client’s general profile information, such as their client ID, age, gender, contact information, client type, any linked relationships, vaccination status, and the date the client joined your business. Purchase Options on hold are also displayed.

Click the Action button to edit the client’s details, merge the client’s profile, send or resend the welcome email, and send the password reset email.

Tasks

View tasks related to the client. You can create and assign a task related to this client to a staff member. You can track the task progress and edit or delete a task if needed.

Notes

Active Purchase Options

View the client’s three most recently bought Purchase Options. Click View all to view all the client’s owned Purchase Options on the Passes & Memberships page.

  • Listed Purchase Options display the number of used, upcoming, remaining, and past visits. To view the visits in more detail, click the number under these headings to go to the client’s Upcoming Schedule or Attendance History pages.

  • If any of the listed Purchase Options are on hold, the start and end dates of the hold are also displayed.

  • Drop-ins aren’t displayed on a client’s Overview page. To see a client’s available drop-ins, view their Passes & Memberships page.

Attendance

View the client’s upcoming and past three visits. Click View all to view the client’s Upcoming Schedule or Attendance History pages.

Quick Check-In for Today

Check clients in to services scheduled to occur on the current day. For more information, see Checking in with QUICK auto check-in.

Activity

View a list of activities completed by the client. These activities include service bookings and attendance, payments, purchases, and more. Click View all to view the client’s Activity page.

Alerts

View alerts about a client, such as outstanding payments, update reminders, and more.

Forms

View all forms associated with this client. Click Add form to add a form directly to a client’s profile. Click View All to go to the client’s Forms page.

Client Groups

The client’s assigned client group. You can also add and remove the client from a client group.

Lifetime Visits

The total number of visits the client has attended. Click on the number shown in the box to view the client’s attendance history.

Rewards

The number of rewards points the client has earned.

Click the Action button for more options:

  • Enable rewards program – Set this option to ON and click Change status in the popup window to allow the client to earn rewards points.

  • Go to Earn Points tab – Open the Earn Points page in the client’s profile.

  • Go to Prizes tab – Open the Prizes page in the client’s profile.

  • Reset points – Reset the client’s rewards points.

This card won’t be displayed if your business has disabled the rewards program.

Relationships

View all family members related to the client, along with information on who handles transactions for each family member. You can click on the name of a family member to view their client profile or click on Add Relationship to add a new family member.

Click the Action button for more options:

  • Change relationship type – change the type of relationship these two clients have.

  • Remove relationship – remove the relationship between the two clients.

Belts

View client’s belt level and the conditions the client must meet to be promoted to the next belt. You can add and remove a belt or promote the client to the next belt level.

This card won’t be displayed if you’ve disabled belts for your business. For more information, see Setting up your available services.
