Detailed Marketing Campaign Report

The Detailed Marketing Campaign Report is a sub-report of the Marketing Campaigns Report. Every campaign has a dedicated Detailed Marketing Campaign Report that displays a list of recipients and their details.

Note: Email statuses and click tracking metrics may not update if the recipient is using ad-blocker, certain privacy-focused browsers, or a secure email agent. For example, an email may have a status of Unopened even if the recipient has opened it.

Business strategy insights: Why it’s valuable

The Detailed Marketing Campaign Report provides a clear, campaign-by-campaign breakdown of key metrics, such as open rates, click-throughs, bounces, unsubscribes, and delivery success, allowing you to assess the performance of each email in isolation. It’s a powerful tool for identifying what resonates with your audience and optimizing your messaging strategy.

With this level of insight, you can refine subject lines, adjust calls-to-action, and test new content approaches based on real data. Quickly spot high performers, flag underperforming campaigns, and make targeted improvements to boost engagement.

While privacy features may limit some engagement tracking, the report still offers valuable visibility into audience behavior, helping your team run more responsive, high-impact campaigns that drive results.
