To access Belts, click the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Belts.

Understanding belts

Belts are a method used for tracking client progress if a business offers classes or events that track client progress. They’re mainly used by martial arts businesses but are available to any business type that would like to use them.

For example, say a karate school has a system where a white belt client must attend 10 classes and then a grading event to be promoted to a yellow belt. With WellnessLiving’s belts feature, all of this is easily trackable and manageable in your app.

What you can do with Belts

  • Create belts with time and visit conditions, which can be awarded to clients when they’ve attended a certain number of classes, or when they’ve attended specific classes or events.

  • Create belts without any time or visit conditions, which can be awarded to clients at your discretion.

  • Use the Belts Report to manage belts across your entire business.

Getting started with Belts

  1. Create your belts — Use the Staff Back Office to create and modify belts for your business.

  2. Manage belts from your clients’ profiles — Once your belts have been created, you can manage them individually from each client profile. Belts can be added, removed, or modified as needed for each of your clients.
