The error message appears when you attempt to pay for an event that has already occurred. To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.
To pay for the unpaid visit on the client’s account, you must reconcile the visit from the client’s profile. For more information, see Reconciling an unpaid visit.
