As a client, you can modify your profile information from the Client Portal or the Achieve Client App.
Desktop – Client Portal
To modify your profile details from the Client Portal, complete the following:
In the top menu, click My Profile.
Click Edit profile.
Modify the fields as needed. For more information, see Modifiable client profile details.
Click Save.
Mobile – Achieve Client App
To modify your profile details from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Tap the More tab.
On the profile options page, tap Edit profile.
Under Client details, tap any field you want to change and enter the new information. For more information about these fields, see Modifiable client profile details.
Tap Save.
