Power Searches can be used to create custom search criteria to filter the clients displayed in your client list and in most reports. Power Searches are also used when creating client groups from the Client Groups page. Any combination of criteria can be used.
The table below describes the criteria that can be used in Power Searches.
Criteria | Description |
Abdomen | Choose specifications for the abdomen measurement listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Account balance | Choose specifications for account balance listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
ACH data | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have an ACH account saved to their profile. |
Achieve | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results are Achieve Client App users. To be considered a user, a client must have downloaded the app and signed in at least once. |
Active Purchase Option | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have an active Purchase Option. When screening for clients with a specific active Purchase Option, click Add hold requirement to further specify whether the active Purchase Option is on hold. |
Address | Choose specifications for the address listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Age | Choose specifications for age listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Arm | Choose specifications for the arm measurement listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Belt rank | Choose specifications for the belt rank on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Birthday | Choose specifications for the birthday listed on clients’ profiles and, if required, enter the value or choose the dates. Your choices are:

Blood pressure | Choose specifications for the blood pressure reading listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Body fat % | Choose specifications for the body fat percentage listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Bust | Choose specifications for the bust measurement listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Cell phone | Choose specifications for the cell phone number listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
City | Choose specifications for the city that clients reside in and enter the value. |
Client activity date | Choose to specify if a client participated in an activity on, before, or after a specified date. |
Client alert | Choose to specify the type of client alert that has been applied to clients’ profiles. |
Client flag | Choose whether to include clients whose profiles are flagged. |
Client group | Choose which client groups the search results should or shouldn’t include. |
Client ID | Choose specifications for the client ID listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Client Since date | Choose specifications for the date the client joined your business. |
Client status | Choose the type of client profile status shown in the search results. The statuses you can choose are:
A client’s status is set in their Client profile Overview page. |
Client reviews | Choose if clients appear in the search results based on whether they’ve left a review with the specified number of stars. Click Add time frame to filter results based on when the review activity last occurred. |
Client transactions are paid for by | Choose to filter client transactions based on who handles payment. The available options are:

Client type | Choose which client types the search results should or shouldn’t include. |
Contract | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have signed a contract. |
Credit card | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have a credit card saved to their profile. |
Edited Purchase Option | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results own Purchase Options that have been edited. |
Choose specifications for the email address listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. | |
Expiration date | Choose whether clients appear in the search results based on when their specified Purchase Option expires. |
First name | Choose specifications for the first name listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
First visit | Choose whether clients appear in the search results based on what service they attended for their first visit. |
Form | Choose whether clients shown in the search results have a specific form associated with their profile, and whether it’s completed, not completed, or a draft. |
Gender | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results Is or Isn’t described as Unspecified, Female, or Male by selecting your desired choices from the list. |
Height | Choose specifications for the height listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Hip | Choose specifications for the hip measurement listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Home location | Choose which of your locations should or shouldn’t be set as the home location for clients shown in the search results. |
Home phone | Choose specifications for the home phone number listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Last name | Choose specifications for the last name listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Last visit | Choose whether clients appear in the search results based on when and where their last visit occurred. Your choices are:

Lifetime visits | Choose whether clients appear in the search results based on the total number of visits they attended with your business. Your choices are:

Pre-workout heart rate | Choose specifications for the pre-workout heart rate reading listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Progress picture | Choose if clients appear in the search results based on whether they have a progress picture on their client transformation log. |
Purchases | Choose whether clients are shown in the search results based on their purchases. You can further specify whether the purchased items are active. Your options are:
Note: If you apply a Power Search on any purchases, it will return any purchase records belonging to the client. Advanced filters should be used instead of Power Searches when looking for specific purchase records. |
Relationship status | Choose whether clients are shown based on if they have a relationship status with another client. |
Rewards points | Choose whether clients are shown in the search results based on their reward points totals. |
Staff verification | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results require staff verification. |
State | Choose specifications for the state listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
Subscription status | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have a specific subscription. You can specify which subscription services you’re searching for in the dropdown list. |
Thigh | Choose specifications for the thigh measurements listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Visits remaining | Choose whether clients appear in the search results based on the number of visits remaining on their Purchase Option. |
Visit status | Determine if clients appear in the search results based on whether they have a certain status for services you select in a specified date range. Your options are:

Waist | Choose specifications for the waist measurement listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Waiver | Choose whether the clients shown in the search results have signed the waiver. |
Weight | Choose specifications for the weight listed on the clients’ transformation log and enter the value. |
Work phone | Choose specifications for the client’s work phone number listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
ZIP code | Choose specifications for the ZIP code listed on clients’ profiles and enter the value. |
