Host a virtual service
Updated over a week ago

With FitLIVE or a non-integrated virtual service provider, you can host your services virtually. When you host a virtual service through WellnessLiving, you will create a live video directly from the device where the service is being hosted. Your clients can attend the virtual service using the Client Portal on desktop, or the Achieve Client App on mobile.

To learn more about your Zoom account, see Zoom Help Center.

Key tips before we begin

  • Staff members can’t start a virtual service more than 30 minutes before the service’s scheduled start time.

  • If your business has a Zoom Pro account or higher, you can only host a maximum of nine sessions at one time. If you want to start a session while your business is currently hosting its maximum number of sessions, you’ll need to end one of the active sessions.

  • The attendance status of a client who joins a virtual service is determined by your attendance tracking settings in your business policies.

  • To start a non-integrated virtual service from WellnessLiving, you must be signed in to the hosting platform beforehand. For example, if you’re hosting a virtual service on Microsoft Teams, you must sign in to Microsoft Teams on your device before you follow the steps below to host the virtual service.
