Manage a redeemable prize

Clients can redeem their rewards points for prizes through your rewards program. Redeemable prizes are automatically saved and can be redeemed by clients through the Client Portal.

There are four redeemable prize categories:

  • Award free services – Clients can use rewards points for a set number of visits to a specific service.

  • Award discounts or free items in the online store – Clients can use rewards points for a set discount on any item in the online store. This discount can be set to 100% to award clients an item for free.

  • Award custom prize (manual) – Clients can use rewards points for a custom prize created manually by a staff member.

  • Award free memberships – Clients can use rewards points for a free membership with a set duration.

Note: If a client has already redeemed a prize using their rewards points but has not yet used the prize, removing the prize will result in it being taken off their profile. The points that were spent by the client will be returned to their total points.

Enable or disable a redeemable prize category

To enable or disable a redeemable prize category, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Rewards > Redeemable Prizes.

  2. On the Redeemable Prizes page, enable or disable a prize category:

    • To enable a prize category, set the ON/OFF option to ON.

    • To disable a prize category, set the ON/OFF option to OFF.

Add or modify a redeemable prize

To add or modify a redeemable prize, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Rewards > Redeemable Prizes.

  2. On the Redeemable Prizes page, add or modify a redeemable prize:

    • To add a new redeemable prize, click ADD New Reward Option

    • To modify a redeemable prize, select the redeemable prize you want to modify.

  • In the Points field, enter the number of points required to redeem the prize.

  • In the Number field, enter the quantity of the reward.

  • In the Item field, select the category of reward. If Appointment, Classes, or Events is chosen, a new item field will appear.

    • In the Rewards list, select which service will be offered as a reward.

Award discounts or free items in the online store

  • In the Points field, enter the number of points required to redeem the prize.

  • In the Number field, enter the value of the discount.

  • In the Value Type field, select whether the discount will be a dollar-value or a percentage.

  • In the Item field, select the category of reward.

  • In the Rewards field, select which service or item will be offered as a reward.

    • If you select Any Item in the Item list, you don’t need to select a service or item in the Rewards list.

Award custom prize (manual)

  • In the Points field, enter the number of points required to redeem the prize.

  • In the Custom Name field, enter the name of the prize.

Award free memberships

  • In the Points field, enter the number of points required to redeem the prize.

  • In the Number field, enter the number of weeks or months for which the membership will be active.

  • In the Duration field, select whether the membership will be active for a set number of weeks or months.

  • In the Membership field, select the membership that will be offered as a prize.

Remove a redeemable prize

To remove a redeemable prize, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Rewards > Redeemable Prizes.

  2. Hover over the redeemable prize that you want to remove and click Remove.
