Description

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Displays the SMS campaigns that you can choose when completing the A2P registration form. Your options are:

  • Register for a low-volume campaign – Select this option if your business sends less than 6,000 message segments in a day.

    • If you choose this plan, you’ll be charged a $19 one-time brand registration fee and a monthly campaign fee of $1.50.

    • Any messages you send that go over the daily SMS limit won’t go through. You will have to wait till the next day for the cycle to reset before you can send those messages.

  • Register for a standard campaign – Select this option if your business sends over 6,000 message segments in a day. This plan allows you to send an unlimited number of message segments.

    • If you choose this plan, you’ll be charged a $59 one-time brand registration fee and a monthly campaign fee of $10.

    • If you send about 6,000 message segments every month or think you’ll get to this capacity in the near future, we recommend you choose the standard campaign from the very beginning. You can always switch plans in the future, but this requires resubmitting the A2P application form to the mobile carrier and getting them reapproved.

  • Register for a starter campaign – Select this option if you’re a sole proprietor without a tax ID, for example, an Employer Identification Number (EIN).

    • If you choose this plan, you’ll be charged a $19 one-time brand registration fee and a monthly campaign fee of $2.

Note: A message segment typically consists of a 160-character long SMS. If your message is longer than 160 characters, it’ll be split into multiple segments.
