As an Enterprise Headquarters, you can push various business settings to your Enterprise Locations to offer a consistent experience to clients at each of your locations. Pushed settings will override existing settings at the Enterprise Location.

Key tips before you begin
If you push a setting to one of your locations, and then change the setting in your Enterprise Headquarters before pushing it to a second location, the first location won't be affected by the change.
When you push a Purchase Option, if the Enterprise Location’s price for that Purchase Option is higher, the higher price is retained.
If you modify an active Purchase Option and push those changes to a location, previously purchased versions of the Purchase Option will be updated. However, if a client’s Purchase Option was customized, it will remain unchanged.
FitVID on Demand videos can’t be pushed from an Enterprise Headquarters. They can only be created by individual Enterprise Locations.
Business
Setting | Description |
E-mail Settings | The email settings you configure for your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations. These settings include the sender’s name, reply-to email address, and the email signature. |
Available Services | The services that you set to be available at your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations. Services include appointments, classes, events, Book-a-Spot assets, belts, and gym visits. |
Business Policies | The business policies you configure for your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations. Policies can relate to booking, cancellation, wait lists, automatic attendance tracking, time zone permissions, and security policies for staff members. |
Online Waiver | The online waiver for your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations. Clients must agree to this waiver upon registration or when booking services for the first time. |

Appointment | The appointment types offered at your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations.
When an appointment is pushed to an Enterprise Location, the appointment will appear with the status Pushed Appointment in the Activity column in the Enterprise Headquarters’s edit log.
If the Enterprise Headquarters makes any changes to a pushed appointment, the changes will be reflected in the Enterprise Location’s edit log. |
Class | The classes offered at your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations.
When a class is pushed to an Enterprise Location, the class will appear with the status Pushed Class in the Activity column in the Enterprise Headquarters’s edit log.
If the Enterprise Headquarters makes any changes to a pushed class, the changes will be reflected in the Enterprise Location’s edit log. |
Event | The events offered at your Enterprise Headquarters can be pushed to your Enterprise Locations.
When an event is pushed to an Enterprise Location, the event will appear with the status Pushed Event in the Activity column in the Enterprise Headquarters’s edit log.
If the Enterprise Headquarters makes any changes to a pushed event, the changes will be reflected in the Enterprise Location’s edit log. |
