Locate disabled notifications
Updated today

Only activated notifications appear in the Client Notification and Staff Notification lists by default.

To locate disabled notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Notifications.

  2. On the Notifications menu, click Staff Notifications or Client Notifications.

  3. Click the Filter button in the right corner.

  4. Click Status and select Disabled to display only disabled notifications.

  5. Click Apply Filter.
