You can enable or disable individual staff and client automated notifications across your business. Enabled notifications will be sent to all clients and staff members with the appropriate notification settings. Disabled notifications will not be sent.

Enable or disable an automated notification
To enable or disable your automated notifications, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Notifications.
On the Notifications menu, depending on the notification category you want to customize, click Client Notifications or Staff Notifications.
On the Client Notifications or Staff Notifications page, find the notification you want to enable or disable. By default, only enabled notifications are shown.
Enable or disable the format in which to send your notification:
Under EMAIL, click the Email button
next to the notification to enable or disable this notification as an email. When enabled, the button will be highlighted in blue with a green checkmark in the corner.
Under SMS, click the SMS button
next to the notification to enable or disable this notification as an SMS message. When enabled, the button will be highlighted in blue with a green checkmark in the corner.
Under PUSH, click the Push button
next to the notification to enable or disable this notification as a push notification. When enabled, the button will be highlighted in blue with a green checkmark in the corner.
