To view your leaderboard, click the App Drawer button then click Rewards > Leaderboard.
The leaderboard displays your clients and the number of rewards points they have earned with your rewards program. Your clients are ranked on the leaderboard based on their total number of rewards points. Custom contests can be created to track the number of rewards points that have been earned by clients over a specified time period.
Note: If the setting Don’t count points that are spent on prizes is selected for a contest, any rewards points that a client redeems will be subtracted from the rewards points they have earned during the contest. If the number of rewards points that the client redeems is greater than what they have earned during the contest, the client’s total will appear as a negative value on the leaderboard.
For example, if a client has earned 50 rewards points during the current contest but spends 100 rewards points that they earned from previous activity, their total rewards points on the leaderboard will be –50.
Activate or deactivate your leaderboard
To activate or deactivate your leaderboard, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click Rewards > Leaderboard.
On the Leaderboard page, activate or deactivate the leaderboard:
To activate the leaderboard, set the ON/OFF option to ON.
To deactivate the leaderboard, set the ON/OFF option to OFF.
