After enabling the ClassPass integration, clients can’t book classes through ClassPass. Why isn’t ClassPass booking working?
Answer
This issue occurs if you enable the store settings that require clients to have a credit card on file to book a class. Booking requests made through ClassPass don’t include a client’s credit card information. To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.
Note: This is a temporary workaround as we’re currently working on a long-term solution to this issue. You’ll be able to use these settings again when the solution is in place.
To disable credit card settings:
Click the App Drawer button , then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Store Settings.
Under Save Banking and Credit Card Information, set the Require clients to add a credit card to their profile to register option to OFF.
Under Save Banking and Credit Card Information, set the Require clients to add a credit card to their profile to book services option to OFF.
Click SAVE.
