Question

The schedule is displaying the incorrect time. Why isn’t the correct time displayed on the schedule?

Answer

This issue occurs when you set the time zone of your location incorrectly. If you have multiple locations, you must check the time zone for each location, making sure that they’re reflected accurately. To resolve the issue, follow the instructions below. If the issue persists after completing these steps, please contact WellnessLiving Support.

To verify the time zone of your location

  1. Click the App Drawer button , then click View All > Setup > Locations.

  2. On the Locations page, select the location you want to modify.

  3. Click the Business Hours tab.

  4. Under TIME ZONE, select the correct time zone from the list and click VERIFY.

  5. After the time zone is verified, click SAVE.
