You can customize the appearance and settings of your Self Check-In Web App to suit your business and clients' needs.

Note: Some settings can be overridden per service by adjusting the service’s individual business policies.

Customize the Self Check-In Web App

To customize the Self Check-In Web App, complete the following:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Web Applications > Self Check-In.

  2. Upload your Business Logo and determine whether your business name should appear by changing the Display Business Name setting.

  3. Set your Check-In Policies and Check-In Methods.

  4. Adjust the Timer Settings to determine how long the confirmation screen and schedule page should appear. If you don’t want the confirmation page to appear, set the confirmation screen setting to OFF.

  5. Select your preferred Sound Settings. Click the Play button next to each sound to test it.

  6. Click SAVE.
