There are multiple ways to check in to a service as a client. If the studio you’re visiting has a barcode scanner set up, you can check in by using your unique barcode found on your key tag or Achieve Client App. If the studio you’re visiting allows for self check-in, you can check yourself in using the Achieve Client App or Client Portal.
Access your barcode on the Achieve Client App
To access your unique barcode on the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open and log in to the Achieve Client App on your mobile device.
At the bottom menu, click My Profile.
Your barcode will appear on the screen.
If you don’t see a barcode, contact a staff member to assign you a Client ID.
Check in using the Achieve Client App
To check in to a service using the Achieve Client App, complete the following:
Open and log in to the Achieve Client App on your mobile device.
At the bottom menu, click My Schedule.
Click the Action button next to the service you want to check in to.
Select Check-in.
If Check-in is not available, then the business has not enabled client check-in in their policies.
Check in using the Client Portal
To check in to a service using the Client Portal, complete the following:
Sign on to the Client Portal on a web browser.
At the top menu, click My Schedule.
Click the Action button next to the service you want to check in to.
Select Check-in.
If Check-in is not available, then the business has not enabled client check-in in their policies.
