Manage your schedule from the Achieve Client App

As a client, you can use the Achieve Client App to view all your past and upcoming appointments, classes, events, and assets directly from your mobile device. You can also join virtual services that are in progress and cancel upcoming bookings directly from here.

Key tips before you begin

  • The business settings may preclude you from canceling certain services from the Achieve Client App. To cancel these services, contact a staff member.

  • Only staff members can cancel multiple bookings in a series of recurring appointments or class bookings at once.

  • Sessions that are scheduled more than six months in advance won’t appear on the schedule in the Achieve Client App.

Open the schedule

To open the schedule in the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Schedule tab. The date, time, duration, instructor, and service type for each upcoming service are shown here.

    • If you’re on the wait list for any services, your position on the wait list is listed next to the service.

    • If the Show capacity information option is enabled in the business’s Client Web App settings, you can also see the capacity for the class and how many clients have booked it.

Cancel an upcoming service

To cancel an upcoming service from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Schedule tab.

  2. To the right of the service that you want to cancel, tap the Action button then tap Cancel session.

  3. Tap Cancel service. The service is canceled.

View your upcoming services

To view your upcoming services in the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Schedule tab.

  2. At the top of your screen, tap Upcoming Services. Your upcoming services and services in progress are displayed. The date, time, duration, instructor, location, and the name of the service type for each upcoming service are shown here.

    • A location isn’t included for virtual services.

    • If the Show capacity information option is enabled in the business’s Client Web App settings, you can also see the capacity for the class and how many clients have booked it.

View your past services

To view your past services in the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. Tap the My Schedule tab.

  2. At the top of your screen, tap Past Services. Your past services are displayed. The date, time, duration, instructor, location, and service type for each past service are shown here.

    • A location isn’t included for virtual services.
