Book an event as a client
Book an event as a client
Updated over a week ago

As a client, you can book in-person or virtual services, such as appointments, classes, events, and Book-a-Spot assets directly from the browser-based Client Portal or Achieve Client App.

Key tips before you begin

  • After you book an event, it will be marked as Event Closed and will no longer be displayed on your Book Now tab of the Client Portal when the default Available Only view is selected. If you change the view to All Events or Not Available Only, you’ll see the event marked as Closed.

Desktop – Client Portal

To book an event using the Client Portal, complete the following:

1. Open the Events tab

On the top menu, click Book Now, then click the Enrollments or Events tab.

2. Select the event you want to book

Use the Search option, date range selector, and various filters at the top of the list to find the event you’re looking for and click Enroll now.

  • If you're booking an appointment for a relationship profile, under Booking for, select the name of the relationship client from the list.

    • If the relationship client doesn’t have a profile, click Add new relationship and enter their information, then click Create account. For more information, see Relationships.

Note: If you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in now. If you don’t have an account yet, click Sign up to create a new client profile with the business.

3. Choose the sessions you want to attend

If the event is set up to allow you to choose individual sessions, under Available Sessions, select the checkbox next to each session you want to attend. If you want to attend all sessions, select the Select all checkbox. Click Next.

  • Sometimes all the sessions of an event are selected for you. To remove a selected session, clear the checkbox next to the session you want to remove. To remove all selected sessions, clear the Select all checkbox.

  • If wait lists are enabled for the event, an orange Wait list tag will appear on the sessions that are full, letting you know that if you try booking the session, you’ll be placed on a wait list.

4. Provide any supplemental documents

Under Documents, any contracts or forms required for the booking will be listed:

  • If a form must be completed, click Fill in form, complete the form fields, and click Submit.

  • If a contract must be signed, click Sign Contract, read and sign the provided contract, select I agree to use Electronic Signatures, and click Submit.

5. Choose how you want to pay for the event

Depending on how the business is set up, different payment options will be available to you:

  • If online payment is unavailable, click Complete booking to proceed with your booking. Payment will be collected when you attend the event.

  • If online payment is available and you own a Purchase Option that can be used to pay for the class, it will be selected under Purchase Option. If you own multiple applicable Purchase Options or want to apply a payment plan instead, click Change purchase option and choose the one you want to use from the list. Click Complete booking to proceed with your booking.

  • If you don’t own an applicable Purchase Option and payment plans are available and you want to pay for the event over time, select the payment plan you want to apply from the list.

  • If you don’t own an applicable Purchase Option and aren’t using a payment plan, select a Purchase Option from the list under Buy a new Purchase Option.

    • Click Continue to checkout or Book & Pay Now to make your purchase and proceed with your booking. Sign any required contracts, select your payment method, and enter gift cards or discount codes on the Checkout page, then click Complete Booking.

    • Click Book & Pay Later to proceed with your booking without payment. Payment will be collected when you attend the class.

6. Complete your booking

  • Your booking is complete. Depending on the booking policies selected by the business, you may see any of the following:

    • A receipt with the Purchase number, along with Email receipt or Print receipt buttons to either email or print a receipt. For more information, see Printing receipts and Emailing receipts.

    • A Book another service button to book another service.

    • A Share button to share your booking on social media and accumulate rewards points.

Mobile – Achieve Client App

Note: If you have an iOS device with more than one calendar, you must adjust the Apple Calendar setting under Achieve Client App: Settings to determine which calendar a service is added to when you book a service and select Add to calendar.

To book an event using the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

  1. In the bottom menu, tap Book Now, then tap an events tab.

  2. In the list of events displayed, tap the event you want to book, then tap Enroll Now. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the event.

    • If the cut-off time to enroll in the event has passed, Booking Closed is displayed instead of Enroll Now. In this case, you can’t book the event.

    • If you're not already signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in or sign up for a WellnessLiving client profile before continuing the booking process.

  3. Review the detailed event information. If available, select the sessions you want to attend, then tap Next.

  4. Select a payment option for the event booking. If online payment is unavailable, or if you own an applicable Purchase Option, proceed to the next step. Otherwise, make a payment for your event booking:

    1. Select an applicable Purchase Option from the list.

      • If online payment is required, tap Next, then determine whether you’ll pay now or later.

    2. Sign any required contracts and select your payment method, and enter gift cards or discount codes.

  5. Complete your booking:

    • Tap Complete Booking. Your booking is complete. On the confirmation screen, the service you booked is listed, along with any points earned for booking. From here, you can share your booking on Facebook or Twitter, book another service, or add the service you booked to your phone’s calendar.
