Understanding products

Products are physical items that can be sold through your store. Some examples of products are:

  • Water bottles

  • Yoga mats

  • Branded clothing

  • Botox

  • Dermal fillers

What you can do with products

  • Sell customized products – Create and customize your products to suit your business and client’s needs perfectly. Whether you want to incentivize clients with add-ons, sell multiple versions of a product, or track client usage of products overtime, WellnessLiving has a setting for that.

  • Inventory management – Set up your products, inventory, suppliers, and reorder levels to efficiently manage your stock levels.

  • Assign barcodes – Assign and scan your product barcodes to make checkout a breeze.

Getting started with products

Before you can start selling products at your business, complete the following:

  1. Set up your store – Configure your store settings as desired.

  2. Set up your appointments – If you want to offer add-ons and track client product usage, be sure to set up your related appointments first.

  3. Set-up your productsCreate and customize your products, including add-ons and banked products.

  4. Sell your products – Clients can now buy your products from the store via the Client Portal, Achieve Client App, or through your staff members. Add-ons can be purchased from the schedule during or after booking.
