ou can create, modify, or duplicate different classes to offer recurring services to groups of clients through WellnessLiving. Additionally, you can modify an existing class to change specific details, such as the description, cost, or location where the class is offered.
After creating a class, you can then schedule sessions of the class to make it available for booking
Key tips before you begin
You must have the correct staff role permissions to create, modify, or duplicate a class.
When modifying a class, changes to the schedule affect only future sessions, while changes to other settings apply to all instances of the class.
Duplicating a class copies all settings except the schedule, allowing you to create a similar class without starting from scratch.
Create, modify, or duplicate a class
To create, modify, or duplicate a class, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Classes.
On the Classes page create, modify, or duplicate a class:
To create a new class, click Add Class.
To modify an existing class, click the class you want to modify.
Staff members with access to all schedules can filter the list to look for classes based on their status (activated or deactivated) and the location at which they’re offered.
To duplicate an existing class, click the class you want to duplicate.
On the bottom right, click Duplicate. The class is duplicated and named Copy of [name of existing class]. You can now modify the newly duplicated class.
Enter or change the details and settings of the class. For more information, see Class settings.
Click Save to save the class, or Save and Schedule to save the class and schedule sessions for it immediately.
