Question

Multiple past Wellhub visits are incorrectly marked with a status of Booked in WellnessLiving. Why are these visits marked with the wrong status?

Answer

This behavior may occur when network or other connection issues occur with Wellhub, causing them not to send visit status updates to WellnessLiving. Currently, these visit statuses cannot be updated manually.
