Redeem a gift card as a client

You can use a gift card to pay for services, memberships, or products. There are three ways to redeem a gift card:

  • From the Client Portal

  • Using a redemption URL

  • From the gift card purchase notification email

Follow the steps below to redeem your gift card.

Key tips before you begin

  • A gift card or QUICK gift card cannot be redeemed if it contains a Purchase Option that has expired.

  • Only one gift card can be used per transaction. To use multiple, redeem them to your account balance first, then apply your balance at checkout.

Redeem a gift card from the Client Portal

To redeem a gift card from the Client Portal, complete the following:

  1. Copy the gift card code.

  2. Go to your profile.

    • On the top menu, click My Profile.

  3. Redeem your gift card.

    • Click the Billing tab.

    • Under Gift Card Redemption, enter the gift card code.

    • Click Redeem. Your gift card code and any associated deal will be applied to your account.

Redeem a gift card from a redemption URL

To redeem a gift card from a redemption URL, complete the following:

  1. Copy the gift card code.

  2. Open the redemption URL.

  3. Sign up or sign in.

    • If you aren’t signed up for a WellnessLiving account, the URL will take you to a signup page where you can enter the code.

    • Paste the gift card code.

    • Either click Connect with Facebook or enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email, then click Sign up.

  4. Redeem your gift card.

    • Click the Billing tab.

    • If you already have a WellnessLiving account, the URL will take you to your Billing & Account Balance page.

    • Under Gift Card Redemption, enter the gift card code.

    • Click Redeem. Your gift card code and any associated deal will be applied to your account.

Redeem a gift card from the purchase notification email

To redeem a gift card from the purchase notification email, complete the following:

  1. Open the email.

    • In the email, click USE.

  2. Sign in or sign up.

    • If you aren’t signed in, sign in to the Client Portal or sign up as a new client.

  3. Redeem your gift card.

    • Once you sign in, the Billing & Account Balance page on your client profile will open automatically.

    • Your gift card code will be automatically entered under Gift Card Redemption.

    • Click Redeem. Your gift card code and any associated deal will be applied to your account.
